Bachelor degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
This position reports to the VP of Human Resources. This role meets the needs of the hospital staff and management in accordance with HR policies, practices, labor agreements and system-wide objectives. Administrative Director HR delivers all Human Resources services to line departments and partners with department heads on development and implementation of strategy relative to staff issues. Ensures compliance with corporate policies and support to implementation of system goals and objectives.
Requires 7- 10 years of Human Resources experience at the senior level.
Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills required along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all organizational levels, foster teamwork and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and business conditions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive and confidential matters effectively to all professional levels within the organization. Strong planning, time management and problem solving skills. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking tools. Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
