Anxiety Phobia Center

The nationally-known Anxiety & Phobia Program at St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Center pioneered the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders. Supportive group therapy, ongoing educational groups, and exposure therapy assist patients in the specific situations that cause them anxiety. Clients learn how to confront and overcome phobias in manageable steps in real life situations.
